Before opening your Chilli Hot Chocolate, shake the bag to ensure an even mix.
We recommend 25g-50g (2.5-5Tbs) (or more if would like it stronger) of Hot Chocolate per cup.
The longer you allow the chocolate to infuse in the milk the smoother & richer it will become.
Stove Top: (Best-5-15min) Add milk or water to a source pan, add Hot Chocolate mix and heat to
60-65°c while stiring (heating over 70°c milk will form a skin), continue to stir for approx 5-15 min.
Pour into cups and enjoy.
Microwave: Pour milk in to each cup, leaving space at the top for hot chocolate mix,
microwave each cup for 1 minute, remove and stir in Hot Chocolate, heat again for
30 seconds, remove and stir, repeat (heat & stir) once more.
Boiled Water: Add Hot Chocolate to each cup, stir in hot water for a minute & enjoy.
If you make too much up you can, leave it to cool and then pour it into a container & refrigerate. (remember to let it cool first and do not keep after the milks use by date.)
This drink can be topped off with your favourite toppings like whipped cream or marshmallows.
