Irish Cream
A smooth Irish Cream liqueur ganache, enrobed in white chocolate & drizzled in dark rich chocolate accents.
Chai
A smooth and delicious ganache created with a blend of spices & tea, gently enrobed in dark rich chocolate and rolled in a layer of milk chocolate flakes.
Gingerbread Spice
A rich Gingerbread ganache, created with a blend of spices, enrobed in dark rich chocolate & drizzled in milk chocolate accents.
Raspberry
A delicious Raspberry ganache, using Nelson’s fantastic fresh Raspberries enrobed in dark rich chocolate, topped with powdered freeze dried Raspberries.
Tiramisu
A traditional Tiramisu flavour ganache created with Mascarpone cheese blended with a coffee liqueur, then gently enrobed in dark rich chocolate and rolled in a layer of white chocolate flakes.
Vanilla
A subtle ganache infused with Vanuatu Vanilla beans, enrobed in milk chocolate & sprinkled with Vanilla sugar crystals.
