FAQs

  1. What is the shelf life of your range? – As we do not add any artificial preservatives our artisan chocolates life span varies. After which time they will change flavour and texture, we place these dates to help ensure the recipient receives the best experience. Our plan squares and the hot chocolates will last 6 months from date of manufacture, most of our range have a 2 month life and new product lines can be as short as 1 month while still in testing.
  2. Do you have a minimum order? – You are welcome to order small and often, in fact we prefer this as it keeps your stock as fresh possible. Trade rates are only available to those on selling or offering to their clients as corporate gifts and either need to be orders of $300 or more in one purchase or average $100 per month ongoing sales.
  3. Do you charge freight? – We do charge freight unless the order is more than $75 exc gst.
