To begin, you are greeted with a delightful caramel which then rolls nicely into a full honey flavour, which is balanced well with the beautifully decorated 54% dark chocolate heart, coloured in yellow and bronze.
All contained within our custom designed, minimal glue, folded card box and PET (1) window.

Our gold award winning “Honey Caramel” comes from combining our creamy rich caramel filling with Mountain Valley Manuka Honey, to create the perfect blend of flavours, which sit very nicely beside each other. From the first bite you are greeted with a true Manuka Honey flavour, which then rolls off into the rich caramel notes.
Mountain Valley Honey (MVH) was founded many years ago in the foothills of the Mt Arthur Range.
Matt and Sarah took over MVH in 2024, and have since continued to develop the brand to incorporate all they love about bees and honey. During that time, their hive numbers have grown a little, and the areas they travel to tend to their hives has expanded.
This monofloral Manuka Honey has a full-bodied, grainy and firm texture with a scrumptiously strong earthy flavour. Not only does Manuka have a brief flowering season, the best trees are located amongst New Zealand’s rugged wilderness — which only adds to the mystique of this beautiful honey.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from any strong aromas, as the chocolate can absorb them.
Shelf life: 2 months – textures and flavours drop beyond the date on box.
Can be stored in refrigerator as long as the chocolates remain in packaging and allowed to return to room temperature before opening.
