Each piece is a handcrafted experience, beginning with a hand-rolled, cream-based chocolate ganache that’s been deeply infused with its distinctive flavour. Following our “flavour first” philosophy, we design the layers to showcase every note, ensuring a prolonged and delightful taste experience.
We source our ingredients with care: our Raspberry truffles feature New Zealand-grown raspberries, and our Vanilla truffles are infused with a beautiful vanilla from our friends in Vanuatu. The truffles are then enrobed in a rich 54% dark chocolate and individually decorated to reflect the treasure within.
