Try it cold: During the summer months you can have your Gourmet Rocky Road as a refreshing cold treat.
Simply place your Gourmet Rocky Road in to the freezer to produce a crunchy delight. By freezing it, it becomes more brittle but not usually completely solid. Then when you are ready for a cool treat you can grab a piece directly from the fridge or freezer.
To Soften: If you like your Gourmet Rocky Road softer simply let it warm up, the warmer it gets the softer it becomes.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from any strong aromas, as the chocolate can absorb them.
