We have extra products and features when purchasing from our site, including Gift Sets, Custom Flavour choices, Chocolate Subscriptions, Gift Cards etc. You can also request a preferred delivery date and address so you can forward plan all your anniversaries in one easy process.
The order process.
Select the items you would like by adding them to your cart, some items have options where you can select many customisations.
Then at checkout you can add any last minute gift additions, decoration options, select a gift delivery address and preferred delivery date.
Tax on our prices are calculated once a delivery address is entered.

Packing
We take great pride in making sure your chocolates arrive promptly and in perfect condition. We may not be able to guarantee these things as we do not hand deliver all our orders but we can do our best to safe guard them as much as possible while continuing to be mind full of our planet.
We pack your orders in card cartons and then fill any void with either paper honeycomb or puffed corn starch fill. Which either can be reused, or the corn starch fill can dissolve in water or in your compost.
Our cartons do not contain any pricing, only a packing slip and a thank you note outlining details on us and our chocolates. If the order is a gift, mention of whom the gift is from and intended for is also noted in the details.
Shipping & Collection
We offer National & International shipping. We prefer to dispatch Mondays to Wednesdays to avoid your chocolates sitting at a depot over the weekend wherever possible.
Prices for shipping depends on delivery location. For New Zealand deliveries we offer free shipping on orders of $95 and over.
Delivery times vary depending on final destination, most New Zealand shipping range from 1-5 days from dispatch.
We process our orders at the end of each day and aim to dispatch within 1-2 days however some orders may take additional time to prepare.
We also offer a click & collect service for those who live in the Nelson region. (See below)
New Zealand and International Shipping Details
All our shipping costs are displayed during checkout after shipping destination has been entered. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a GST receipt and tracking details.

We cannot guarantee delivery date or time after passing your order on to our courier company.
Our International shipping is currently offered to Australia, United Kingdom and Canada. If you require shipping to any other country please contact us to enquire if this can be arranged.
If your order does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service for those in the Nelson region.
To utilise this shipping option:
First proceed to Checkout, there will be Click & Collect options displayed under shipping, select the area you wish to collect from. (Please note, Stoke pick ups can take an extra day or two before your order is ready for collection)
We will be in contact with location details once your order is ready for collection.
