We have extra products & features when purchasing from our site, including Gift Sets, Custom Flavour choices, Chocolate Subscriptions, Gift Cards, Gift Notes & decoration options and you can request a preferred delivery date & address so you can forward plan all your anniversaries in one easy process.
The order process.
Select the items you would like by adding them to your cart, some items have options where you can select many customisations.
Then at checkout you can add any last minute gift additions or decoration options & select a gift address & preferred deliver date.

Packing
We take great pride in making sure your Chocolates arrive promptly & in perfect condition. We may not be able to guarantee these things as we do not hand deliver all our orders but we can do our best to safe guard them as much as possible while continuing to be mind full of our planet.
We pack your orders in card cartons and then fill any void with NZ made puffed corn starch fill which once your order arrives you can reuse the fill, dissolve it in water or you can add it to your compost.
On & within the box is an item list only packing slip & a thank you note outlining details on us, our chocolate & if it is a gift, whom the gift is from and intended for.
Shipping
We offer National & International shipping. All our dispatches are sent as signature required. We prefer to dispatch Mondays – Wednesdays to avoid your Chocolates sitting at a depot over the weekend.
Prices for shipping depends on delivery location. For New Zealand deliveries we offer free shipping on orders of $95 and over.
Delivery times vary depending on final destination, most New Zealand shipping range from 1-5 days from dispatch.
We process our orders at the end of each day and aim to dispatch within 1-2 days however some orders may take additional time to prepare.
New Zealand and International Shipping Details
All our shipping costs are displayed during checkout after shipping destination has been selected. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a GST receipt & tracking details.

We cannot guarantee delivery date or time after passing your order on to courier company.
Our International shipping is currently offered to Australia, United Kingdom & Canada. If you require shipping to any other country please contact us to enquire if this can be arranged.
If your order does not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service for those in the Nelson area.
To utilise this shipping option:
First proceed to Checkout, then under Recipient details enter a Nelson address and select Nelson from the State drop down.
Now there will be a Click & Collect option displayed under shipping, select that.
We will be in contact with you once we begin preparing your order with collection location options and time your order will be available.
Please note this service is currently only avalable in Nelson, NZ.
